What do we believe?
We believe that Jesus Christ is the One and only Way, Truth
and Life.
We believe that Jesus came to this earth, died and rose
again to offer up a way of salvation for all who will accept it.
We believe that all have sinned and are in need of this free
gift of salvation offered to us by God.
We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally
existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in
power and glory; that this triune God created all, upholds all, and governs
all.
We believe the Church is made up of all true believers and
followers of Jesus Christ. The body of Christ is not one single denomination,
but all truly "born again" believers.
What is our purpose?
James 1:27 states, “Pure and undefiled religion before God
and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.” Our purpose is simply to help provide
spiritual and physical needs to the orphans of Africa. To provide love to those that have not
seen love, to provide hope to the hopeless and most importantly to share Jesus
Christ with the lost. While our
main focus is for the orphans in Africa it is not limited to just orphans. We will provide and minister to all
those in need.
Deuteronomy 15:11 states, “You shall open your hand wide to your
brother, to your poor and your needy, in your land.” We hope to see the Holy Spirit do an amazing work in the
hearts and lives of the people.
What can you do?
As the body of Christ is one body we realize that we are not
going to minister to the people of Africa on our own. We need and covet your prayers. Prayer for salvation of many, prayer for food, nutrition and medical care for those
who need it and prayer for the Lord to use us specifically to help facilitate
these things. God is not short on
funds and His word tells us that He owns the cattle on a thousand hills so we
know that He will provide all that we need to accomplish His work. With that being said we also know that
He uses our time, money and gifts for His glory in spite of the fact that He
doesn’t need us. If you feel the
desire to provide your time, money or gifts to help accomplish His work in
Africa please allow Him to use you in this way.
