Update on Jonathan in EE

I'm writing this post with such a joyful heart and a little teary eyed. God is so good!
First off thank you all for praying and spreading the word about Jonathan! It is truly the body of Christ coming together and getting the word out that has brought this boy a family! Yes a real family who will love him as he has never been loved before. I can't imagine all that is going through his heart and mind right now....I'm excited and scared and overjoyed...again can't imagine how he's feeling.
I'm sure your thinking scared? Of what? Well as a blogging friend shared adoption comes with lots of spiritual battles. The enemy wants nothing more than to cause problems and delay this adoption as well as mess with the family adopting weather that is in there minds and hearts or finances or physical ailments. But I'm overjoyed because My God is bigger than all this!

Romans 5:1-4 says:
Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.

This will be my prayer for this family...to persevere! During all the trouble to persevere. In amazing times to persevere.

I will update you as there will be needs for this adoption...adoption is a huge expense...I'd love to see the body of Christ come along side and help support this adoption....please be praying now if this is something jesus wants you and your family to be a part of.

So blessed beyond measure!

Mercy and grace...

This boy needs mercy and grace.

Doesn't he just look like the sweetest thing?!  He reminds me of my oldest son.  I couldn't imagine my son being in this position...Jesus we need your intervention for this boy.  We need your loving hand and the perfect family for him....burden there hearts Lord like never before...use this spreading of the word to bring his family to him.  Protect him Lord.  Protect his mind and heart.  Keep him pure.  Show him mercy and grace. we commit him to you Lord.  Amen.

He is about to age out of the foster care system in EE and is in desperate need of a family.  If he can have someone step up who has already had a homestudy done in the past and has already adopted internationally before.  He needs  a family who is married and can travel.  They need to apply for immigration within one week....and can commit to him, then he will not be kicked out and basically homeless with only a few dollars in his pocket.  You could save him from being so desperate that he offers himself in ways we can not understand.

here is some information that is known about him...
"Jonathan is apparently a very, very good boy. He has a great sense of humor which has been confirmed by other kids in his class and two children who were recently adopted to U.S. He loves to work on a computer, takes part in virtually all theatrical performances organized at the orphanage, just a great actor, very calm when not on stage, never gets in trouble, loves sports and plays soccer, played basketball and trained in light athletics, studies at good level. Jonathan is respectful to adults and older children. He is obedient and always ready to help. NEEDS A FAMILY to file for immigration ASAP, can adopt later. BEGS translator when he visits if he has found his family yet, desperately wants to be adopted. Can be chatted to on Skype as well as email."

Another way....

Theres another way I found to wear your FEED [1] Orphan Necklace....wear it as a bracelet.

Take off the beautiful silver chain and put it somewhere it won't get lost...its so fine that it  almost slipped through the crack of my desk!

Go to hobby lobby...pick up some leather found in there jewelry section....long and thin!
and kinda slip knot it and wrap it around your wrist several times...this is what you come up with.

I happen to love turquoise lately so I grabbed that color....however I wish I would have grabbed grey and tried it double colored...that would be fun!

Be blessed!
